How to determine which essential oils are best for you!

Vanilla: Can help improve mood, induces sleep, helps lower blood pressure, boosts libido, and also contains anti-inflammatory properties.

Sandalwood: Helps with mental clarity and boosts memory, helps relax and calm, anti-viral and antiseptic.

Eucalyptus: Anti-inflammatory properties, insect bite relief, eases exhaustion and mental fatigue, can help with congestion, antibacterial, stimulating, and other relieving properties.

Lavender: Ability to help eliminate nervous tension, relieve pain, disinfect the scalp and skin, enhance blood circulation and aid in respiratory issues. 

Peppermint: Antiviral and antifungal properties. Helps to relieve anxiety, pain, and nausea, as well as helping to improve memory.

Orange: Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antidepressant properties. It can also aid in healing wounds while helping prevent infection while disinfecting.
